Common Questions
1. After payment how long till my server is online?
Once your payment is made, your order goes though several
phases, posted below
1. Order is auto installed - This will install your server
and send you an email letting you know your account information for your game
server control panel information. This process can take any where from 5mins to
5 hours depending on the game as some games are bigger in files size then
others.
2. After Phase 1 you should already have an email with your
login information for the control panel, however you may not be able to login
into your account management page with art of war central yet. This is because
your order needs to be reviewed by our tech support staff. Tech support will do
the following:
1. Verify server is online and working
2. Setup anything you may have ordered as an add-on for
example Ventrilo servers, or Team Speak servers.
3. They review anything you have selected or asked to be
installed in the custom field when ordering your game server, for example if you
requested for a mod to be installed, and provided the link to the mod our staff
will be installing this mod for you at this time.
4. After all above is done and ready they will activate your
server on so you can login into our webpage. They will send you an email and
also send you any additional information if you ordered any addons.
This entire process takes on average 1 hour to 6 hours
depending on the game. However we have some orders that might take longer at
times if a complication comes up. If your server is not online within 1-2 hours
after payment is clear you should contact our staff by either Live Sales help or
call us at 1-866-Low-Ping. Our staff takes setup time very seriously, so
communicate with us, and we will work with you on any problems, delays or
anything that might be delaying your servers setup time.
The important thing to remember is communication if you are

1. I posted a payment but its not showing on my account?
First thing to remember is Art of War Central has been around
for a long time, we are not going anywhere, in no way are we running off to
Mexico with your money. Below is are some common issues, and ways to resolve.
1. Some users may make a payment with Paypal or Google
checkout where the funds are not in there account and they have no credit card
on there account, but they do have a bank account. In this scenario you have
made an echeck payment for your game server, in which it acts just like a normal
check you have to wait 3-5 business days for that check to clear with PayPal or
Google Checkout before the funds are deposited into your account.
To check to see if you may have sent an echeck log into your
Paypal or Google Check out account and check to see if payment is Unclear or
Cleared. If the payment is Unclear, then you have sent an echeck, if it is
cleared then you should contact our staff asap to get the deposited posted to
your account below is your options
1. Contact Live Sales Chat there is a button on the right
side of our webpage.
They will be able to check your account and get it posted for
you if the information is available in the database.
2. Contact billing department by phone 1-866-Low-Ping or by email
billing@artofwarcentral.com
Billing department will always be able to track down your
payment, and get it posted to your account. However they are not in the office
24/7, so first try calling or contacting sales, if they are unable to track it
down this is your answer you can email or leave a voice mail and they will
contact you back to get this issue resolved.
2. Another common issue is Credit Card was declined. Or
Credit Card Payment was processed but is now showing in your account. If this
happens and you need help figuring out what happen contact us asap.
